Strategic Planning
You need a Strategic Plan if you’re so consumed with the daily grind of running your business, you never have time to work on long-term goals or new ideas. You’re focused on surviving each day instead of being intentional with how you spend your time, energy, and attention.
How it works: First, we follow my strategic planning process to define your goals and why they matter to you. Then, I use my Objectives, Results, & Tactics framework to create a step-by-step plan for you to achieve those goals in 6 months. No overwhelm, no burnout.

Business Operations Analysis
You need a Business Operations Analysis if you feel like your business should work better, but you’re not sure what to change. If it seems like owning a business is harder for you than it is for everyone else, I’ll help make things run smoother from the inside out.
How it works: First, we do a judgement-free analysis of your business’s foundation, processes, and systems. Then, I share the exact steps you can take to create more ease and efficiency, organized in phases so it’s not overwhelming.

General Consulting
You need General Consulting if you’re dealing with a tough business situation or challenge and you just want some clear, straightforward guidance from an expert. We’ll find the root cause of the issue, talk through options for addressing it, and figure out what your next steps should be.
How it works: This is all about solving problems in a conversational format, like business therapy. You tell me what you need support with, and I share my advice, frameworks, and strategies. I also offer hands-on support (writing documents, building spreadsheets, prospective client research, etc.) if you need it.
What you get: 1, 3, or 5 structured sessions focused on solving problems, making difficult decisions, or other business challenges you need help with.

Business Resilience Jumpstart
You need a Resilience Jumpstart if you’re feeling worried about the stability of your business, and you’re ready to shift from anxiety to resilience-building action. The world may be chaotic and unpredictable, but your business doesn’t have to be.
How it works: First we’ll have two rapid strategy sessions to define what resilience looks like in your business, and how to improve it. Then, I’ll share a specific resilience-building action checklist for you to hit the ground running with making your business more adaptable.
