Hi! I’m Courtney, owner of Catbird Consulting.

I’ve worked in business strategy & operations for the entirety of my career. From being an early hire at a music tech startup, to leading Strategy & Operations teams at Google, to owning a restaurant in my hometown of Buffalo NY, my career path has taken me all over the place.

My wide-ranging experiences gave me a useful insight: while corporations employ tons of people who focus on business operations and strategic planning, solo small business owners don’t have that level of support.

I believe that expert-level operations and strategy support should be accessible to everyone. So I started Catbird Consulting to put my experience to work helping solo small business owners like you.
