Hi! I’m Courtney, owner of Catbird Consulting.

I’ve worked in business strategy & operations for my entire career. From being one of the first employees at a music tech startup, to leading Strategy & Operations teams at Google, to owning a restaurant in my hometown of Buffalo NY, my career path has taken me all over the place.

My wide-ranging experiences gave me an useful insight—corporations employ tons of people who specialize in business operations and strategic planning (the job I had at Google) but solo small business owners don’t have access to support like that.

I believe that expert-level operations and strategy support shouldn’t be a luxury. So I started Catbird Consulting to use my knowledge and experience to help solo small business owners like you.
